Counseling & Therapy

For individual clinicians: trauma-informed consultation and case conceptualization, support with complex clinical responses and ethical dilemmas, and cultural consultation when working with People of the Global Majority — including immigration and deportation trauma, displacement and migration stress, and intergenerational household dynamics. While deeply grounded in work with Latin American and Mexican communities, consultation is inclusive of all communities navigating the trauma continuum and structural inequity.
For organizations: case consultation for values-aligned organizations, and support aligning clinical responses with cultural, relational, and ethical frameworks.
Peer / Case Consultation
Training and supervision offer therapists and helping professionals a space to deepen practice beyond traditional Western models — supporting clinicians in developing culturally grounded, trauma-informed, liberation-oriented care. Core teaching centers context before diagnosis, relationship before intervention, dignity before compliance, and refusal of neutrality in the face of harm.
Training areas include Brainspotting-informed subcortical trauma processing, Jungian SandPlay and symbolic integration, Parts Work and intergenerational healing, and psychedelic preparation and integration. Supervision is informed by the Integrative Developmental Model, Deliberate Practice, and the Person of the Therapist model — offered individually or in groups, pending availability.
Clinical Training & Supervision

Grounded in the understanding that mental health does not exist in isolation — it is shaped by relationships, community, history, and environment. This work supports organizations in developing community-based mental health programs rooted in cultural and relational practice, integrating bilingual and culturally attuned services, and supporting organizational healing, including staff dynamics, rupture, and repair.
Rather than stabilizing individuals while leaving harmful systems intact, this approach helps organizations become spaces where healing can occur collectively and sustainably — building integrated healing ecologies that can hold complexity and sustain care over time.
